Gunman Robs Woman at Bus Stop on 2nd Avenue


MANHATTAN- Cops are looking for a brazen crook who robbed a woman for a cell phone at gunpoint as she waited at a Lennox Hill bus stop. 


At around 8:15 pm on May 2, a 58-year-old woman was waiting for a bus at East 67th Street and 2nd Avenue. There a man in a black hoodie approached, brandished a gun and demanded her cell phone. 

The woman handed over her phone and the stickup artist fled on 67th Street. 

Cops released surveillance video of the man they believe is the gunman. The suspect is an African-American man about 25 years of age. He is 5 foot 9 to 5 foot 11 inches tall. He is 170 pounds with a slim build and black hair. He was last seen wearing black hoodie, black shoes and dark colored shorts.
